WHAT IS GORUCK?

RUCK-ING [VERB]

Carrying a weighted pack on your back. It implies action, energy, and purpose. You may do your ruck in boots or the footwear of your choice. When in doubt, beginners should start with < 20 lbs. Move as fast as you can or as slow as you want. You control the weight and the distance so you control the level of difficulty. For this event your pack can be as large or as small as you like, you may also wear a weighted vest if you don't have a pack.
